Meeting Schedule

The March schedule includes the following meetings:

• Thursday, March 19 – CEO/CAO/CSSO/CFO Joint meeting – 11:30 AM to 4:00 PM (includes lunch)
• Friday, March 20 – Presidents’ Council meetings – 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
• Friday, March 20 – ICCTA Trustee Roundtable, Lunch, Seminar, and Committee meetings – 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Saturday, March 21 – ICCTA Executive Committee and Board of Representatives meeting – 7:15 AM to 10:45 AM

Please process all registrations for trustees, presidents, and joint meeting attendees through the online registration system using the link below.  The registration fee for the ICCTA Seminar on Friday, which includes lunch, is $165.  All committee meetings are free of charge; please select the appropriate no charge fee if you are registering attendees for committee meetings and/or Board of Representatives meeting only. 

TIPS FOR THE USING THE REGISTRATION SYSTEM:   

• You will be required to log-in to the MemberClicks system.  If you have not already created a password, you’ll first need to set up your Password (CLICK HERE to update your Password).  Once updated, you can use your Username (currently your email address) and new Password to register attendees.  While you’re logged in, feel free to update your profile.   
• You may register more than one attendee by clicking “Register Guest” after each registration but once you have clicked on Submit, you will not be allowed to register additional attendees from the same email address.  Contact me if you need to add attendees or change registrations after the form has been submitted. 

Hotel Reservations

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Chicago Marriott Southwest at Burr Ridge with a rate of $169.00 per night plus tax.  After you have completed the online registration process, the link for the hotel will appear on the confirmation screen received immediately after you hit submit as well as in the confirmation email sent to the email address used in the registration form.  Click on that link for access to the hotel’s online reservation system.  Contact me if you require assistance with the hotel reservation process.

Agendas and additional meeting information will come from the following sources:

• ICCTA seminar and meetings – Stephanie Spann, ICCTA
• Presidents’ Council (ICCCP) and Joint (CEO/CAO/CSSO/CFO) meetings – Dr. Avis Proctor, Harper College. 

Deadlines

• The hotel reservation cut-off date is 11:59 PM on Thursday, February 26, 2026.    
• The meeting registration deadline is 5:00 PM on Friday, March 13, 2026.
• Cancellations must be received before 5:00 PM on Friday, March 13, 2026 to avoid being charged for services.
