2026 ICCTA Convention Brochure (includes registration and schedule information)

The ICCTA Annual Convention is scheduled for June 5 - 6, 2026 at the Westin Chicago Lombard Hotel in Lombard, Illinois.  Some highlights/reminders of this year’s convention are outlined below and detailed in the attached brochure. 

Highlights/Reminders

• The ICCTA schedule will begin at 2:00 pm on Friday, June 6, with an educational program and be followed by the ICCTA President’s Reception starting at 5:00 PM and Awards Banquet at 6:00 PM.
• The full registration fee for this year’s Annual Convention is $260.  This fee covers registration for the Friday afternoon seminar, ICCTA President’s Reception, and Awards Banquet.
• All ICCTA award nominees will be recognized during the Awards Banquet on Friday evening.  All nominees will receive a letter very soon asking them to contact their college to assist them with the registration process.  ICCTA award winners will be notified no later than Friday, May 8.  If you are uncertain if your nominee is the ICCTA award winner, please contact me.
• The deadline to register for the Annual Convention is Wednesday, May 27.  In order to receive at least a partial refund of the registration fee, cancellations must be received no later than Wednesday, May 27.

There are two ways to register for the Annual Convention.  

Online (preferred method) - Process registrations through the ICCTA's registration system using the following link - https://iccta.memberclicks.net/june-2026-mtg-reg   

REMINDER OF TIPS FOR THE ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM:   

• You will be required to log-in to the MemberClicks system.  If you have not already created a password, you’ll first need to set up your Password (CLICK HERE to update your Password).  Once updated, you can use your Username (currently your email address) and new Password to register attendees.  While you’re logged in, feel free to update your profile.   
• You may register more than one attendee by clicking “Register Guest” after each registration but once you have clicked on Submit, the system does not allow multiple submissions from the same email address.  If you need to add registrations, please use the editable .pdf.  You may also contact me to add registrations or make changes to submitted registrations. 
• The online registration process allows for credit card payment of registration fees.  

OR

Editable pdf - Complete the editable registration form for each attendee and forward the form(s) along with payment to Stephanie Spann at ICCTA. If you are waiting on payment, it would be greatly appreciated if you could forward the forms in advance of the payment.
